Throughput by worker — pick/pack batches + receiving lines completed · avg time (pick/pack only — receiving time is per receipt, in the Receiving table) · lines/units actually handled (qty>0 — untouched lines don't count) · "minus holds" = start→complete minus recorded hold time · held = total hold time (count), tracked since Aug 24
Quality reports by worker — wrong location · barcode · image · box barcode (picking/packing/receiving)
Mistakes by worker (discrepancy responsibility)
Receiving & transfers — receipts started in this period · receive = start → completed (includes putaway — Complete is pressed after placing) · apply = completed → Apply to Cin7 · durations in work hours · "− holds" = start→complete wall clock minus recorded hold / awaiting-shipment time — per receipt, not per worker (several people can share one receipt) · tracked since Aug 26

⚠ Durations count work hours only (Mon–Fri 09:00–17:00, warehouse-local time; statutory holidays not excluded). This is elapsed work time from start to completion — not hands-on time: a receipt left open while doing other work still counts. "< 1 min" means the whole span fell outside work hours.

⚠ Workers are counted by each line's last touch (who last saved the line, and when). Bulk putaway ("Place all") re-stamps every line it closes, so lines one person scanned can end up credited to whoever pressed the button — read this as "who finished the line", not a participant list or a share of hands-on work. The period follows the last touch too: a line scanned earlier counts in the period it was last touched.

Putaway — lines received in this period

⚠ Periods before 2026-08-04 cannot be trusted for "Putaway done". Until then the only way to mark a line placed was one tap per line, and on receipts with more than about 10 lines nobody used it — those lines read as backlog even though the stock was put away. Bin-level "Place all" was added on 2026-08-04; compare rates only from that date on.

⚠ "Moved in Cin7" counts transfer lines with exported_base > 0. exported_base is only an approximation of what the WMS actually moved — it can be polluted by manual updates (2026-07-28: 344 rows of TR-02935 were backfilled by hand). Since 2026-07-31 PO lines also record exported_base (there it means "put on the Cin7 stock received document"), but they are not counted here — this metric stays transfer-only.

Receiving discrepancies — over / short / off-PO recorded at the dock

⚠ Receiving discrepancies were never recorded before 2026-07-28 (unique-index bug) — periods before that date show no data even though differences did happen.

Rollback a stage — manager only · one step at a time

Each order can be reverted only to its immediately previous stage. To go further back, undo the deeper stage first. Related discrepancies are never auto-deleted — review them in the Discrepancy tab.
